Account Suspension Request

Suspending your Premium Membership account will freeze your account at the moment it is suspended. Upon your return and reactivation of your account, your billing will resume at the precise point within your billing cycle that it was frozen.

There is a $20 suspension fee that is debited at the start of account suspension and every 4 weeks thereafter for as long as the account remains suspended. There are no partial refunds for weeks not used, and no part of the suspension fee is used to offset your regular dues upon reactivation.

Make the Subject: Suspend PM

The message should read: Please suspend my Premium Membership account effectively immediately. I have read and understand the terms of suspension.

You will receive an acknowlegement email that your account has been suspended. Please do not assume it has been suspended until you receive confirmation. Allow at least 24 hours.

When you wish to reactivate your account, simply email me and ask that your account be taken off suspension. Again, allow 24 hours for confirmation.
